Using Your Brain Correctly With Liam Naden

Season #2 Episode #67

I bet you didn’t realize there’s a right and wrong way to use your brain. Today’s guest, Liam Naden shares how he went from a multimillionaire to homeless by using his brain incorrectly.  Luckily, he was able to bounce back by tapping into the right way to use his brain. Now, he’s developed a neuro state rebalancing protocol to help others to do the same.

So many of us live in a state of stress or anxiety. By doing so, we’re literally blocking our brain from being the best we can be. Stress is the cause of most, if not all, disease. The brain uses more energy than any other organ in the body, and it can’t be in survival mode and creative mode at the same time. Every once in a while it’s necessary for survival mode to kick in, but we’re meant to spend almost all of our time in creative mode. Creative mode is where new ideas, gut feelings, and motivation come from. It’s responsible for being resourceful, seeing the big picture, and creating the right external environment.

What You’ll Learn:

  • What our biological purpose is.
  • What the four parts of the brain are.
  • How to rewire your brain to be your best.
  • And much more!!
